Can the Eagles do better than Reid?

First off I want to say that I am not a pro football fan. I don't care if the Eagles keep Reid or not. I'm not trying to start a flame war. But I do live in Eagles country and can't avoid the should-Reid-stay-or-go discussions. I'm just curious that, if the Eagles do force Reid out, are there any better head coach candidates that the Birds can likely pick up to replace him? That's not rhetorical because I really don't know. Personally, I feel that after 12 years, the Eagles are probably looking for a new face at head coach, especially how this season is going. But is it worth forcing Reid out if there isn't anyone better to take his place? Input is appreciated, especially because it'll give me something to talk about when the group wants to talk pro ball rather than college.

I am not a big NFL guy but I try to keep up with it. So I can be in the "know". But he has coached there for 12 years (not including this year) and been to the playoffs 9 times. I think that is the best over that period of time. I don't think he is a bad coach but something new may be needed.

The big names people will throw out will be Cowher and Gruden. I don't know either one of them personally, so I couldn't even guess whether or not they might be a realistic goal for Philly.

Are there any Harbaugh kids left? That family just seems to have some kind of genetic disposition for coaching.

I would have to think they might talk to Brian Billick or possibly Rob Ryan. I have no real idea just tossing those names out there.
