I gave a quick look to see if anyone else posted this yet but didn't see anything. Anyway I can't decide whether or not I like this yet but Arian Foster accepted $10 million dollars in exchange for allowing 20% of his future income in the form of a stock...better explained here

Cool idea. If one is a very savvy investor, your job could be watching football and day trading players. "Sorry, honey, I can't have dinner with your parents this Sunday. The Eagles are playing the Cowboys, so I have to work."

This is actually really cool. I have always wanted to do something like this. I have never really enjoyed the current sports betting methods as they are too unpredictable for me and I'm more of a long term investor rather than a quick play person. I love to speculate on teams, players, and different tournaments and would really like a way to capitalize on it. I know owners really like to protect their equity but it would be really awesome to be able to trade Colts or different player stock.There are a lot of kinks to work out but this could be something really cool in the long term.
