Anyone have specifics on the broadcast maps for the game this weekend? It was brought up in the middle of another post, but because there are some other games at 3:30pm I am concerned it won't be on in my area. I'm thinking I might have to get ESPN Gameplan.

Any links or details would be helpful. Thanks!

I was thinking the same thing. With O$U and Purdue playing at 3:30pm also on ABC, I will venture a guess that the Irish won't be shown in most the midwest (particularly most of Indiana).

I live in Elkhart and don't have cable or a dish. I don't like the thought of having to spend my afternoon in some bar! :crap:

I live in Osceola, why can't you just use bunny ears? ABC is channel 57 and you should be able to pick it up with out much problem. I know I can get the channel over the air (barely on HD).

Edit : If you have AT&T for internet you should also be able to watch it online at espn360.com. Should be free for AT&T customers

I was just saying that if it's on ESPN I won't be able to watch it at home. I can get 57 no problem as I have a 50 foot tower in my backyard.

Can I borrow that tower? I have my HDTV in the basement and don't get a very good signal. I guess its time to mount the antenna in the attic.

Sorry about that. I guess I missed your point.

I better get the game, or I'm gonna have to call off work again. I haven't worked a Sat. since the SDSU game (I did watch the game at work though). Go Irish!

My people in Socal, are we screwed? I know the map says that we don't get the game, but I'm holding out hope that I'm still stupid enough to misread the map.

My dilemna: I have no problem going to a bar, but I coach my elementary school's flag football team, and we have a game at 4:30. I can't show up at the game w/ alcohol all over my breath and my eyes in a haze. The asst coach knows I'm getting there right at kickoff, so I'm good there, but I can't go to a bar and not drink while watching ND. It's just not possible! It's much easier at home.

Oh well, looks like I'm watching at a bar, no drinks (well, maybe one per half), and leaving just on time to make the game. Sigh.

Oh my holy hell! I think we are boned on the West Coast. Looks like I will be going to a bar myself. I haven't had to pay for drinks during an ND for so long! Damn!

Are you telling me that I am going to have to pay 400 dollars (because I will drink throughout) to watch this game?

Let me do some math here: Last time I went to a bar, a beer cost 7.50. Multiply that by the time it will take for a college game loaded with passes and commercials...hmmm.

I'm all in.

Looks like my area is ESPN all the way! I wonder which of their pricks will be doing the play-by-play and their f/u commentary? Maybe I'll just mute the damn station and do my own play-by-play!

I'm really confused at the broadcast maps. I live in Cincy, so will we be on regular ESPN at 3:30pm, or is this only if you have ESPN Gameplan? Either way, I'll just to go a bar.

No Gameplan involved. You are getting Ohio St. Purdue on ABC and Notre Dame N.C. on ESPN.

I'm in Colorado and it appears I will miss both ESPN and ABC, if I go to a bar do they usually know how to get the ND game or do I have to find a special bar with a special channel?
