All i know is waiting over a month for this game kills the season to me. There's an intense thrilling 15 week season and there's over a month off and then you play the biggest game of the season. I dont a better system since it's only right to give the college kids time to study for their exams but wish this is brutal.

If and I do mean if. Irish beat Bama. They will have beaten the Pac 12 Champ, Co-Champ Big 12, SEC Champ. Will that be unprecedented? Can we put the "weak schedule crap to rest? I am wondering if anyone has played 3 conference champs in a season, much less beat them. I am talking BCS conference champs. Not Sun Belt, Mid America, etc.
