Well as far as I am concerned UMs offense is still up in the air since apparently there is still a QB debate going on. Not to mention that the defense won't be better considering the players that they lost from last year.

It'll be interesting, thats for sure.

Then they would have stuck with Lloyd Carr. They hired RichRod to bring an updated offense, and to compete with tOSU.

Being outscored 63-17 the past two years isn't competing. With their defense this year and our bad defense, shit, RR might get fired right after that game.

I hope I'm wrong but I don't see Michigan doing anything spectacular with this coach. He already has a 8-16 record, the first EVER NCAA sanctions on the program, 2-5 vs rivals, the program's first ever loss to a MAC school.

I don't want to change the scope of this thread, but I would like to make one point. Lloyd lost to Appy State, and while I feel Toledo was the worse of the two schools, Appy looks much much worse than does Toledo.

But as a fan of football you also have to realize that changing an offensive scheme from what it was to what it is, there is going to be some hardship. Those players were recruited to play in the standard Michigan offense. When an offense changes that much you are going to have hiccups. And lets face it, losing to tOSU is not that bad considering they are the Big10 standard and have been for years.
