Lincoln Way East is a big public school program and a very good one. If you're interested in Chicago area pipelines as so many are, you can do a lot worse when it comes to football.

Proving Harry wasn't perfect...
He chose not to offer LWE's Nick Allegretti in '14. Full disclosure, it was a great class with Q, Bars and Mustipher but Allegretti woulda been a great 5th OL or a better 4th in place of Byrne. He was only a mid level 3* on the services but he selected to play in the US Army A-A Game and a 3 year starter at Illinois. Allegretti's dad Carl is a Gary, IN legend and outspoken (former) ND fanatic. He was the CEO of Deloitte when Nick was going through his recruitment. He and Nick would've been huge assets to ND though it would've changed Nick's college playing time & professional trajectory, which includes 3 Super Bowl victories and $22M in contracts.
At least his brother Joe made it to ND. He's graduating from the Law School this year.
