You are…its why the hirings of guys like washington, larianitus and McCullough are huge. They are guys who have been there done that either in the NFL, the “it” schools, or both. They are younger, relatable guys that have swag that resonates well with these kids that dream of getting where these guys have been. They are going to reshape the brand to appeal to any player, anywhere, in the country, then attempt to cherry the pick the ones that “fit”.
