247 showing 80% CB to Penn State. Show Penn State i would say would be the favorite. He has visited there 3 times already and has a 5th visit scheduled for May.

And we haven't been winning these battles with Penn State lately.

I wouldn’t say ND has not been winning battles against PSU. Penn State is the dominant school in the DMV area, specifically in Maryland. PSU has dominated Maryland recruits since I can remember, which is Paterno days in the late 90’s.

PSU can't sign them all. Depending on what position you think they all end up at... Wheatley, McMillon, Davis, Jalen Reed and maybe Barnes at FS.

That's a lot of leaders and there's a lot more where they are in the "warms".

The best thing I like about the safety/Rover position is so may guys grow into this postion from Soph to Senior year. We know who's who in most positions but the late growing tweeners give you a shot at getting great value down stretch.

And having JOK & KH is only gonna make the close that much easier.
