Vince Young & Brady Quinn

That is a list I have heard has already been rumored by the talking heads as the two leaders going into next season for the trophy.

Who else would be added to that list?

nobody wins two heismans. if young wins this year, he won't win next year.

if you'd have asked me a month ago, i'd have told you drew stanton was a legitimate contender. not so sure anymore.

My guess is that right now is that Reggie Bush will win it. Young will more then likely come in second in one of the closest votings of all time and Leinhart 3rd..with Brady Quinn sitting there watching.

I agree with your selections, and the order, but I am not sure how close the voting will be. Bush is the hands-down winner.

My vote next year goes to Quinn, the Shark, and Zibby.

Vince and bush will go to NFL. If Brady Quinn keeps getting better he could win it next year. Who knows though someone could sneek up and steal it. It has been a long time since a ND heisman winner.

I am begging Brady to stay. Here in MN the pundits are saying that the Vikings should take him if he is available, and that would break my heart because I would have to hate him then.

Quinn isn't going anywhere. 1. He will continue to improve and learn a pro offense. 2. Next year, if he progress continues at current pace ,there is a good chance he will be the #1 QB taken if not #1 overall.

My namesake wins in '05 (and yes, that is my real name, and I had it first, dammit), and Brady Quinn wins in '06.

Off-topic, the other day some 10-year-old girl e-mailed me out of nowhere and said she thought I was a great quarterback. Probably broke her heart when I had to tell her she had the wrong Vince Young...

Aw, c'mon man, I'm not gonna do that to a 10-year-old! That's just cruel. ;)

And Brady knows that.
