Visiting for the B&G game per his 247 profile.

4.1 GPA

Played TE through his Jr year. Put up 20/217/1 TD last year

Looks like an easy TE--->OT Kelly/Quinn special.

Dad played OL at Cincy

From the 2019 Master List:
Billingsley's problem is he's a tweener. He plays mostly unattached. 6-4/220 is Miles Boykin territory. In an other season he might be a strong possiblity but they just signed Tremble and have an option year on Mack plus have Boykin, Claypool and Jones in the big WR category already.

A name you need to not leave out = Duke Olges. He's twice as likely to be in ND's class next year than anyone currently with an offer.

Lastly, I wish they'd jump on low 3* Connor Foster from the Cincy area. 6-7/255, 4.1 GPA and good film/stats. Could be Kelly/Quinn TE/OT special

Good for him.

He's the type of prospect you take every 2-3 cycles when you have an extra spot and try to build the 6-7 athletic LT. It's a formula that works at place like IU (Jason Spriggs) CMU (Staley & Fisher). It may work there because they get playing time early that they would not receive at ND because of the depth chart. I'd like to test that hypothesis one time to find out.

when you cant recruit elite OL like ND does consistently you definitely take flyer's on dudes like this. He's the equivalent on the offensive side of the ball as a Kofi Wardlow/Ade O. on ND's defenses. Physcial specimens you hope can pick up the nuances of their position

Visiting today despite his recent commitment to NW.

Very interesting development especially with Quinn/Kelly history of TE ---> OL development.
