There apparently has been some rumor mongering over at the Rivals ND site that this kid is a potential flip candidate for the Irish. I don't have access to Rivals, so I don't know what the rumors actually are, but this has the feel of clickbait to me. On the off chance that there is some substance here, however, damn this kid is good. Excellent balance.

Not that it means much, but he is following some of the coaching staff and Wimbush on Twitter. We will see, I guess. Get Autry and Sanford on him, maybe he will consider a visit. I think he ends up at PSU still, but it would be delicious to punk those mouth-breathing neckbeards again.

Myself personally can't understand why anyone would want to step on that campus, let alone go to school there. Everything about it just feels nasty, IMO. That is me and won't change, obviously others feel different...Winbush and I think Adams were once committed there.

I can't "shake" what Joe Pa knew/let go down...

LOL. How in the hell would any of us know what HE knew?

Wimbush and Barajas. The big difference is that they are from New Jersey and Indiana, respectively, and went to Catholic high schools. Sanders is a Pennsylvania public school kid. Not saying that as a pejorative at all, just saying there is less of a connection there for ND and that he's more in Penn State's wheelhouse.

Barajas...that is right.

I don't care what any of you post or think. That place is straight f-cking nasty. Do with it what you will...

Hindsight is always 20/20 but Ishaq might have been better off there.

He went to the same school as Darrin Walls so it's not like we never pulled anyone out of there. Plus usually this is a Pitt or Ohio State area in Pittsburgh before penn state.

Usually, yes, but Franklin is pretty much dominating the entire state in recruiting and psu wrecked Pitt in head to head recruiting last year

There was something out there from one of the recruiting sites stating we were targeting a psu commit Earlier in the week

You wouldn't go to a college because a guy who died three years ago acted unethically fifteen years ago?
