What Barron (6-2, 290) perhaps lacks in height, he compensates for with technique and strength. The barrel-chested 2014 offensive guard from Mishawaka (Ind.) Marian has already visited Iowa, Pittsburgh and Indiana and will swing south from camps at Arkansas, Alabama and Auburn in two months.

#1 - He's a sophomore

#2 - The interior linemen we are recruiting now fit this mold. Maybe 2 more inches in height, which he could easily grow into.

#3 - The staff will get a good look at him this summer and next year since he's from Mishawaka.

R2G did say unless he grows. I was 5'10 in 8th grade and I thought I was going to be a giant one day. 17 years later and I'm still 5'10.
