I'm pretty surprised that Oregon did anything. If they had anything to lose, I'm sure it would've been covered up. Good strategy to hemorage the garbage when you are bad, so when that garbage starts winning, you'll have a clean conscience. And make it all go away.

With the whole Mixon-OU thing going around, I think it was in Oregon's best interest to drop the hammer on Prevot in this case.
