Alford checks on Moncrief

Donte Moncrief is the latest speedy receiver to hit the Notre Dame recruiting radar. The burner from Raleigh, Miss., has spoken with receivers coach Tony Alford and is thinking about a summer visit to South Bend.

Scout had him at 6'3.5" 213 lbs, so he's a big boy moving at 4.45 speed. I don't consider it 'blazing' though. Couldn't find any video of him

It's all in the eyes of the beholder! I agree w/ where you're going w/ this though; 'blazing' no, 'fast' yes.

I agree with the size and speed thing, big boy to move as fast as he does...

I remember the days back when I wished I could run a 4.4ish forty. Of course that was 40 lbs ago. Now I'm all about embracing my 5.5 flat-ish speed. (That's probably on a good day)

I hope we get a shot at this kid. Just curious to how closely this kid resembles Micheal Floyd's stats?

yea i couldnt find any video but from everything ive read he is really fast
