10 Team Conferences

I made a bunch of 10 team conferences with the hopes of being able to use them in the new college football game. Turns out you cannnot. So figured I’d share my vision and see if other people like them. All would be 9 conference games so you play everyone and there would be no championship games

Consider me a Never Ten'er, so no to the Big-10, no to scUM. Although I like the MSU games once they outgrew that planting the flag bullshit

If forced into a conference I would pick the reconstituted Pac-10 or the ACC as top choices

Pac-10 allows a restart of the USC rivalry, ASU (hey would love the Irish to come to Phoenix more often), and Farm (as a annual beat down)
Applies to the ACC - Miami rivalry, BC as the dogshit to wipe off of our cleats, and Clemson/FSU I guess?

In a 24+ team playoff world, I would be in favor of playoff auto bids for any 10 team conference where each team is required to play everyone else in the conference. Want a bigger conference? Take your chances with the committee.

If I'm doing 13 conferences, I am splitting them up by balancing traditional powers and newcomers. Even the playing field a little with tv money and exposure.

I'd do 16 balanced conferences and the winners get in a playoff. 128 teams, 8 team conferences. 7 conference games and 5 out of conference games that really don't matter, so you can go for big match-ups and out of conference rivalries with big ratings. The individual schools get payouts for the non-conference games based on attendance, tv ratings and winning. Like a prize fight. That's the incentive to play big games.
