Almost made it to Mexico (San Diego).
Came across this article (link below) in today's Indystar. I've always been fascinated by this case. For those of you who are not aware, outside of 911, this is probably the biggest high-jacking story in US history. The FBI has closed this case, which is...
This is an amazing story. I really don't remember this, but it was probably because it broke the day before 911 and got buried. Otherwise it may have been the leading story for several days.
It's a lengthy read, but well worth it...
Well evidently no one has started a 2018 Fall Camp thread so here it is. No real info yet, but at least it can be discussed.

Here's an article from the Indy Star on projected depth chart...
So WalMart is now offering customers who steal and get caught the chance to avoid arrest and prosecution if they pay WalMart to attend a class on why it's bad to steal. Not advocating stealing or standing up for the crooks, but it sounds like some type of blackmail.
At Walmart, $400 and 6...
Hope this isn't too serious, but when you go into the hospital for an infection, it's never good. Especially at his age. My favorite coach of all time, any sport.

This judgement opens up a new Pandora's box. While it's sad to see this girl is going to jail, in another sense, I find some comfort in the verdict. As a society, we have become to cold and callous with what we say, because it's so much easier to say something via text and hiding behind a smart...
Unexpected. Soundgarden was one of the alternative bands from the 90's I listened to. RIP Chris.

This show is pretty interesting. It gives 8 pairs of people a one hour head start to go on the lamb and hide for 28 days without being caught. They are being hunted by a bunch of former law enforcement officials ranging from local police to FBI. It opens up your eyes to all the the technology...
Per SI.com announcement of move expected today. Spanos tried to hold the city hostage and the folks of SD told him where to put it. The vote required 2/3rd's to pass and barely made 40%. I applaud the citizens of SD.
The NFL are idiots for pushing LA. They have never been able to support pro...
Interesting article on Knute Rockne's watch and prayer book he had with him when his plane crashed coming up for auction. Curious as to what they will bring. Probably out of my price range. I'd like to see the University buy these and put them on display...
BK just announced that the #1 jersey will no longer be issued to a specific player. It will now be awarded weekly to a player based on performance and merit on and off the field.
Back on for a second season. This year three of the ten participants are women. Should be interesting to see how the ladies handle the emotional aspect. After watching the first two episodes the rather large lady is one of my early picks to win or at least make a long run.
One guy didn't make...
I really don't know much about it, but their feeder program has to be incredible. I know they have had some controversy before with transfers, so they probably scour the state in hopes of getting the best to go to school at Carmel.

Sad story. Andrew lost his battle with cancer today. Just 25 years old. He was the center on Butler's back to ack trips to the final four. Not recruited heavily out of high school, Smith was a shining example of "The Butler Way. RIP Andrew.
From Greg Doyle of the Indy Star:
These young...
