    To be fair, each one of those companies had its own particular problems that put them on a bad path. PE involvement likely didn't help, but each one would have gone down anyway. I have some experience with Hooters (strictly professional) and could see they were in trouble years ago.

    Poor use of F*** You money. Everyone knows the way to go is installing your own movie theater and/or bar. A stripper pole with glass ceiling is a move, too, provided you are acquainted with the right, or wrong, type of women who know how to work it.
