I agree with the first part of your post, but if he plays I just cannot see the bolded being true. There will almost certainly be a 5-step drop or scramble where he takes a shot that he won’t be able to bounce up from. Hopefully my bias/fandom isn’t clouding my judgement on that.

I don’t want to see anything dirty/excessive from our defense, but if Armstrong plays and we aren’t coming after him and making him second guess whether he should be out there I will be pretty disappointed.

I either missed some news or missed the sarcasm here, but is Clark really getting more practice reps? I’m not completely up to speed on what’s been going on with him this year. I do think I liked a healthy Clark more than Pyne tho.

CJ sanders is the last one that comes to mind. Seems like we had one several years back that got called back (probably 2016 lol). We have some guys we could put back there that could do some damage, but will we ever put the time and effort into that part of the game? im with you, definitely...

Not to mention one where Torri Hunter Jr got his head taken off and there was a no call for hit to the head. One of the worst targeting no calls that I’ve ever seen. We drove it down inside the 20 or so, but I don’t believe we ended up scoring a TD that drive.

I assume this was Chip Long’s doing.... much like his offense, once a year he catches us all off guard.
