13-23 It’s a day made for kickers. Never feels this close, but people will question if we are overrated after coming out a touch flat on offense as we struggle to finish drives.

Was at the Tennessee game so I watched it on Sunday. Overall it was a great game for the good guys. You can always criticize some flaws in the pass game, but admitting it’s not a top notch offense isn’t necessary. I am still floored we can’t do better at punter.

I was just thinking a GT FG would be about all they need to ice this.

Their offense is pretty good, not great, but good. Their defense seems pretty average.

I could see BYU as the 4 seat which means I’d like to see ND end up with the 5/12 seat matchup hopefully at home against someone like Boise State. Life could be a lot worse than a road of Boise State and BYU to the championship game.

Watching Fla State against NC at home. I can’t figure out how so much talent can suck this bad. I would be ashamed if we don’t win by at least double digits.

Had the Buckeyes and Peddy Lions on. Have to admit it’s been entertaining.

Went to see Beetlejuice this last weekend. It’s was entertaining, however, not as great as billed. I understood they needed to reintroduce characters to a new generation, but it made the first 1/3 of the movie a bit slow. We’ve taken to watching a show recommended by family members...

I think SMU has slowly been doing the right thing for a decade or more to position themselves up in national prestige. I think they have yet to reach the peak of what is possible there.

I could see this team finishing 8-4 with a bowl game.

I feel this season is Prime’s high point at Colorado. If he doesn’t skip town after this it’s only going to plateau then fade.

Looking at their schedule and remembering back to the half a game i watched earlier this season, I wouldn’t be surprised if this is a 9-3 Army team. I think Navy, ND, and N Texas all end up beating them. In retrospect, that’s an excellent year.

Every week I read here and elsewhere the frustration of fans over the rankings. I don’t really care. Win out and things will settle themselves out.

I remember the Davie years. He sounded good, but I think we all understood when the contract was up why it wasn’t renewed. He was never a sexy hire, but then you had the George O’Leary debacle followed by the lazy days of professional golfer Tyrone Willingham.

I find this a hard one to play out. I think we score regularly, but I suspect they move the ball and score. ND 42-28
