'23 MO RB Jeremiyah Love (Notre Dame Signee)

I mentioned this in another thread but seems relevant here. I think the grouping of Payne, Irvin, and Limar might lack some top end speed. Well, Love has lots of speed. I like Limar the best of the bunch but Love’s speed is more complimentary to what else is possibly coming or already on board.

'23 MI QB Dante Moore (Greek Spaghetti Transfer)

And, his dad is a huge Michigan fan and that might be an understatement. Now, it sounds like Dante and his father have done a good job separating the two. But, it'll be kind of wild to get a Detroit, MI QB from King HS that has an ex Michigan QB as his QB coach and a insane Michigan fan as a...

'23 MI CB Amare Snowden (Wisconsin)

If we’re recruiting plus numbers to account for possible class attrition, I’d look no further than Amare.

    2022 Spring Practice

I'm starting to hit that phase where I'm getting really hyped for some Spring football. Inject these articles right into my veins. https://irishsportsdaily.com/s/17341/spring-breakout/1

'23 MI QB Dante Moore (Greek Spaghetti Transfer)

Biggest takeaway from this is Loy finally giving a timeline on a possible commitment which is early April. If the decision is somewhat to go all in here and hold the spot for him, it feels uncomfortable doing so for long. Early April feels reasonable.

'23 PA LB Ta'Mere Robinson (Offer)

After reading that, I checked his 247 profile and they have him rated as an “Edge”. He’s a unique athlete. Pre-knee injury he was one of my favorite targets.

'23 IL ATH Kaden Feagin (Illinois)

Go to Illinois, develop, and get that degree. Then GT to ND. In all seriousness I realize there just isn’t space after taking Zinter and possibly adding Payne. But, he’s a prospect that I’m glad we have a profile for. Maybe check back in a few years and see how it went.

'23 NC OT Sully Absher (Notre Dame Signee)

247 has stated that this and Freeling will likely come down head to head ND/Clemson battles. Would be nice to get both.

'21 RI DE Jason Onye (Notre Dame Signee)

Onye is right end, back row. Very intrigued by him. Not that I expect much from him this year but dude is huge.

'23 MA DL Boubacar Traore (Notre Dame Signee)

A brief but free national article from Brian Dohn at 247. https://247sports.com/Article/Boubacar-Traore-decommitment-Boston-College-Eagles-football-recruiting-184330919/ His 247 scouting report says he has a verified 80 inch wingspan.

College Athletics Branding - Name Image Likeness Rules

That’s just absurd. Interested to learn about what ND is planning.

'20 CT QB Drew Pyne (ND->ASU->MO->BGSU Transfer)

I don’t think anybody is saying that Buchner can’t lose the job if he doesn’t practice or play well. What people are saying is it’s his job to lose. And, that feels pretty obvious to me.

'23 NJ S Adon Shuler (Notre Dame Signee)

ND can’t fill roster holes like other programs do. Therefore, it’s much more important for program stability that we have a solid base of commits/signees throughout and at the end of every cycle. The reason for that is ultimate numbers recruited for each class. ND recruits approx 2-3 less...

'23 NJ S Adon Shuler (Notre Dame Signee)

I think the correct answer is both. I would re-instate the committed kids can take visits but don’t have slots rule. No need to kick them out of the class or anything like that. Just let them know you’ll have to keep recruiting other prospects as well. If you have 3 DB’s committed and all 3...
