WTF is going on with the offense? They got what they needed back and it still looks bad. The play calling has legitimately regressed back to Duke-Louisville week level shit and the execution is abhorrent. How is it this bad after a BYE week when they could fix so much?

Can and did. And explained how it doesn't refute my point

Wake is getting torched by Florida State at home right now. This same Wake defense held Pitt to 17 points, they've given up double that in 1 half to FSU. This game has no business being remotely close. Bury them early and send the Duz home with another embarrassing L.

'23 FL DE Keon Keeley (Prodigal Son)

None of that debunks what I said. Keeley could have been a week 1 starter for us realistically. Keyword there is "could". And he absolutely does have a higher probability of turning into a high level player than someone like Mukam. Still does IMO. That doesn't change the fact that people...

'24 NC ATH Bryce Young (Notre Dame Signee)

He's been compared to Keon Keeley, and it shows. I don't know how much of an impact he'll make as a freshman, because he's still going to need to develop his hands. But in terms of upside and sheer athleticism, good lord, this is about as good as we've seen in a while.

'23 FL DE Keon Keeley (Prodigal Son)

ISD said pretty much that. Huge upside, elite athlete for his size, but still needed development in technique. Granted, he wasn't Justin Scott raw, but still raw. Like I said, Keeley was a top 10 overall player in '23. His potential was that, but he wasn't there just yet. It's playing out...

    2023 Transfer QB

There's a difference between playing after a major injury 20 months ago and 9 months ago. Penix got hurt very late in the season in 2020, like almost December and came back at the start of September of the next year. That's less than half the time of recovery that Rising is going to have...

'23 FL DE Keon Keeley (Prodigal Son)

Keeley was an overrated prospect last year. Don't get it twisted, his upside was insane and I hate that he isn't suited up for ND, but he had a ways to go in terms of technique. He wasn't going to be a day 1 impact guy. He's a guy who, with quality coaching and development, has the talent to...

    2023 Transfer QB

Agreed. If Rising hits the portal, ND has to go after him. Best case, Rising is your starter in '24. Worst case, he forces Angeli or Minchey to up their game and the whole QB room is better for it. People seem to forget that Penix had several injuries, including a knee injury to end his '20...

Al Washington - DL Coach & Def. Run Game Coordinator

I don't think you can write off PFF completely, but Cross and Mills play WAY more than Kiser, and that skews the impact of their grades. Cross is averaging about 60 snaps in the last 4 games, Mills is averaging 51. Kiser is averaging about 18.

'24 CA EDGE/LB Naki Tuakoi (Offer)

ND moved on from him a while ago. As usual, more edges the better, but with Thomas, Young and Mullins already in fold, I'm not concerned about edge.

    Skunkbear Signal Stealing Scandal

Nope. Head coach can't hide behind the "didn't know" excuse. You are at the head of the operation, you are SUPPOSED to know. If your coordinators are cheating behind your back, that makes you just as culpable. YOU hired them. YOU failed to supervise your subordinates and keep them in line...

'23 CA WR Rico Flores (UCLA Transfer)

    1) Hartman has not been accurate, namely against NC State, he was off his mark more than a few times. 2) NC State has one of the better tandem of corners in the country. In spite of their sheer offensive ineptitude, they are a good defensive team. Even then, ND's receivers have made plays...

'23 CA WR Rico Flores (UCLA Transfer)

Development isn't the issue. Talent is. The OL doesn't have issues with guys who aren't developing. Their interior is made up 2 guys with incomplete skillsets and a center who is undersized and always will be. WR is woefully short on numbers, experience and talent. When you are relying on a...

'23 CA WR Rico Flores (UCLA Transfer)

How anyone can blame Stuckey is beyond me. We've gone through multiple weeks of the season where we had 3 scholarship receivers who were healthy in Merriweather, Flores and Tyree. One of those guys is a true freshman, another is a converted RB who has never played receiver prior to this season...

    Skunkbear Signal Stealing Scandal

Arizona is a much better team than any of the teams Michigan has played to date. Keep in mind, they played Washington very close and absolutely annihilated a solid Wazzu squad on the road 44-6. And as exposed as Colorado has been, they still blew out Nebraska 36-14. USC's opposition hasn't...

    Nov 4 | Clemson

I've yet to see anything from any other unbeaten or 1-loss team to think they're better than Ohio State, outside of perhaps Georgia. Michigan has played NOBODY that can even be remotely considered decent. Penn State is much of the same. Florida State has already had several near-escapes...

There's actually more at-large NY6 bids this year than most years. The playoff bowl games this year are the Rose and Sugar Bowls, which normally have 4 conference tie-ins. The Rose has Pac-12 and Big Ten, the Sugar has Big XII and SEC. That means, the remaining NY6 are the Cotton (At large vs...

Duke had this, but the injury to Leonard has completely deflated them. They can't do anything on offense without him and their defense is running on fumes now.
