I agree, Peyton Bowen is the 2nd most important recruit in this class or on the board period, IMO. Getting a day 1 S or a guy that can at least impact the depth chart day 1 was important last cycle, it's basically a necessity this cycle.

Agreed, though I still feel we should be recruiting an extra ATH that can play DB/S.

I haven't went through those names or others but I'm not beholden to rating/rankings to find quality or even in some cases possibly elite prospects. They're out there, the fun part is finding them.

Not ending up at ND is not about OV’s. The timing of the de-commitment, I think, very much had to do with it.

Yes, I’d say a reasonable part of the timing is the no OV’s for committed prospects requirement by Freeman and staff. And Keon is going to be at Columbus in a few weeks. So, this had to come to head here soon.

IMO, Hanafin fills a different type of fit in this class as not only a WR but also as a potential defensive ATH. I love the roles that Love and Edwards with fill. I think Edwards is a better comp for Tease. And Love is the "2nd" RB. I think Lyons is an underrated WR but all different than...

From the sounds of it, this is over and moved on from. I don't get the sense we are trying to "hang on" to him at this time. I'm sure there will be cordial dialogue in hopes of picking it back up at some point in the future. But, as of now, Keon is no longer in the class, just waiting for it...

Noted, my mistake, don't follow their stuff. I think the M'Pemba stuff might be a little heavy at this time but hope he's right.

Not sure what part of it you’re referring too but apparently recently Shaun Robert’s said that he really likes where ND is at with M’Pemba. I’m just saying ISD doesn’t currently feel the same.

Never know who has better intel than others and I know we're supposed to believe that Shaun Roberts has these connections to STL. But, ISD has had multiple reports in the last 24 hours that M'Pemba does not seem likely, at all. So, we'll see. Though they do state we still should get him back...
