Happy to have been wrong about this game. UNC’s defense is as bad as advertised. I should’ve trusted Rees to exploit said defenses like he always does. Let’s hope it ignites the offense for the rest of the season and keep the W’s coming. Go Irish!

That’s not the point. The point is that clemson’s bad years are still top 10-15. ND’s bad years are like 5-7 or 6-6 (we’ll see how this year plays out). It’s my opinion that fans would be happy with the down years being what Clemson was last year and this year.

Right but isn’t that the point? Even in a down year it’s still better than what we’re fielding now. They aren’t playing well but are still 3-0 and ranked number 5. Most ND fans will take a Top 10-15 ranking in a “down year,” and that’s assuming DJ doesn’t get it turned around.
