For D-1 the max number of scholarships available for women's soccer per NCAA rules is 14. That is usually spread throughout the entire team.

She is actually a pretty highly ranked four star. Just like her boyfriend she will probably start as a frosh - OU women's soccer isn't very good.

I think the coaching staff did this in this situation. ND has three safeties in this class and only one of them (Adon Shular) was committed before Bowen started messing around with other schools. Both Brandyn Hillman and Ben Minich were recruited to replace the hole being left in the safety...

I really don't get this whole attitude that Freeman is somehow the bad guy for selling the entire ND experience to a recruit. Regardless of what other offers the recruit has, it is literally Freeman's job to attempt to sell the recruit on ND. It's like you guys have never bought anything...

Now let's grade Freeman against Kelly based on what holes are filled by the recruiting classes. That was my biggest frustration with Kelly's recruiting. There are a number of classes that had good rankings but left major holes on the roster. I feel like Freeman is addressing that.

Or the premium sites don't have the same relationships with this staff as the previous one and as a result aren't privy to the same amount of access as they previously had.
