'25 MA QB Blake Hebert (Notre Dame Signee)

Ran low 4.6s (4.64, 4.62) in inclement weather last Summer. Riley ran 4.52 when healthy, very comparable.

    2024 College Football Playoffs

We certainly would be favored over IU by at LEAST 6.5 and I think 2.5 could go either way with Penn St.

'25 FL RB Justin Thurman (Kansas Verbal)

Better than having those backs on the roster for a couple of years, never see PT and transfer out. Just recruit better at the position! Too many studs at RB every year to grab low hanging fruit.

'25 NJ WR Elijah Burress (Notre Dame Signee)

He was, we missed on all our top 7 targets so picking up a legacy recruit who didn't look to have P5 skills was a letdown.

100000000000% the guy was ELITE rushing the passer and you try to turn him into "Refrigerator" Perry??? All starts with the terrible decision to leave in the first place.

    Who's Next? - 2026 Edition

Thought Atkinson and IIi were the top 2 LBs in '26??? I see King is from TX so im wondering how we finish up in a group I assume will be some form of TX, 'Bama, GA, ND and TAMU.

    2024 College Football Playoffs

'Bama I can see being +2.5 and Georgia +4.5 dogs, but until last week I think we are favorites over Ole Miss, and I think we finish up that way once we win out and they drop another game.

    2024 College Football Playoffs

Not bad...but I'd love our chances with one dimensional teams especially those without star power (IU, BYU, P$U to an extent), I would go.... 1. Oregon~50% chance to win 2. Ohio St.~45% chance to win 3. Texas~45% chance to win 4. Penn St.~75% chance to win 5. Indiana~85% chance to win 6...

'25 MD LB Nathaniel Owusu-Boateng (Offer)

Agreed! Some of these kids just look for reasons NOT to choose ND even if it's the clear best option long term, instead they think short term. Some eventually come around a la Amir Carlisle or JJB.

'26 NC LB Thomas Davis Jr (Notre Dame Verbal)

We were his favorite school before and during the process! O$U was the only school with anything close to a chance, and that lasted about as long as F$U's preseason ranking.

He was a ND Commit as soon aa we offered technically, but took the complimentary visit.

'24 NE TE Carter Nelson (Nebraska Verbal)

He showed him the path but listened to people who dont have to suit up (family/friends), whuch has yet to work for anybody to date.

‘21 AL QB Riley Leonard (Duke Transfer - Notre Dame Verbal)

Even better than that, the guy doesn't take sacks which goes along way in maintaining field position.

    FSU Postgame

That honor belongs to Stetson Hatters, they had to schedule NAIA teams to come close to winning a game.
