USC has a MUCH better passing game than Georgia.
Stockton isn't Jayden Maiava. That dude makes some critical errors, but he has an absolutely impeccable arm when it comes to throwing the deep ball.
USC may have been average, but their receiving corp was STACKED. You have Makai Lemon, Ja'Kobi...
Why would he come here?
ND returns Bowen, KVA, Ausberry, likely Sneed, plus Madden, and you have guys like Kahoun, Rezac and Zinter. A lot of bodies and not a lot of snaps. His playing situation wouldn't improve at ND. If anything, might get worse.
Agreed, but Maiava and SC's receivers are legit. SC maybe an average team, but they have a dynamic offense and Maiava throws a crazy good long ball. Georgia isn't close to that level, even with Beck. Rubio and Hinish need to be dudes on new years
Big deal. Clemson's run defense has been awful all year. Stanford ran for 240 yards on them. STANFORD. This isn't the Clemson defenses of old
Texas played very few legitimately decent run defenses and struggled against all of them and some that weren't even good.
Yep. They really need to go after 2 with Onye likely gone for good. You lose 3 guys, return only 2 guys who've seen legitimate action in Rubio and Hinish. Need somebody to push them and get someone like Mukam or Sevillano to kick it into high gear if they want to play
Texas and Tennessee were their best wins by far, and Tennessee went out and crapped the bed against Ohio State in the worst way possible.
Texas is a good team, but I think they match up very poorly against Georgia. They don't have a strong or consistent run game, so if Ewers isn't on his game...
Former 5-star, 6'5 330+ lb interior guy. Lot of upside, played in a pretty bad UNC system with a lame duck coach.
Would be a massive get for Golden, both figuratively and QUITE literally.
I think unless you're sure Spindler is ready, you have to have that possibility ready to go.
I have zero confidence in Pendleton. I've been super disappointed in his play this year. Expected so much more nasty and physicality than we got.
I think it was trending towards a situation where if both were healthy, Botelho and Traore would likely have been manning both edges. At that point, Oben was totally ineffective and Burnham was still out/getting back into it.
