I don't recall this many big time jobs open. The possibility of more jobs opening up due to other head coaches accepting these big jobs. This is insane.

Elko and Lea are much different personalities and coaches. Personally Lea’s personality fit the university better.

I agree with what you are saying, however recruiting is never going to get easier, it’s time consuming and freeman’s family is going to get older and want him to be around. The NFL makes those items easier.

He is good he is not outstanding or great like we are used to having at Left tackle. We were spoiled at that position, most expect to get that historical talent level.

I agree with you here. This would be stupid to leave your school for a much worse job. And right now Nebraska is that. Now if Florida, Penn State comes calling that makes sense to entertain that option. To me even Arkansas and Oklahoma state jobs aren’t worth leaving GT for.
