I don't watch OSU much, but the kid had 53 tackles, 4.5 for a loss, and 2 sacks. Not too shabby for a true sophomore who is young for his grade. OSU probably did him a disservice playing him on special teams his frosh year as a 17 year old.

I do in fact understand what you are saying. Is that federal law mandating that? Because if not, a state could try to force it, and in PA’s case we pay for ID. Therefore, u til it got settled, would be a mess. So if PA goes to requiring ID, they must make it free then is my point.
