    ‘26 GA QB Teddy Jarrard (Notre Dame Signee)

    Notre Dame has had a “mobile” QB multiple times over the last 10-15 years and they’ve struggled to consistently throw the ball every time. Jarrard seems to have Ian Book-like mobility, to pair with a high level college football arm. A great combo to have.
