Eh, respectfully disagree about PSU. OSU and PSU will be breaking in new QBs. Allar is talented, but Franklin does not have a history of developing world beaters. Obviously the OSU QB situation benefits ND as well.

I wonder if he'll slim down leading up to the combine. Someone else pointed out that he's a bit more stiff with his current playing weight, and you definitely see it when he's going up for a ball compared to last year.
