Oh well. Need to get down to 85 and not sure where he would have carved out any impactful role. Best of luck to him.

'20 NE WR Xavier Watts (Notre Dame Man)

While I agree with every word you said, was this really intended to be a reply to anything i said? Very valid and accurate comment but seems almost like a separate conversation point 😂

I think the argument could be made this year was better than 2012. That year there were teams ND was not equipped to compete with. I dont feel like there is a team that could run through this defense like Bama did in 2012. Next year could very well be even better.

'22 NJ QB Steven Angeli (Notre Dame Signee)

Correct. Tommy threw a pick 6 on the third play of the game then another pick on the first play next drive. 4 plays into a game we started by receiving the ball we were down 7-0 and OU had the ball again almost in the red zone. Tommy finished something like 9-25 for 100 yds and 3 picks and...

'22 OH QB Drew Allar (Penn State Verbal)

Word. Penn St continually the most overrated team in CFB. Nobody else is even close.

Actually man, you asked for a stat for “tackles per snap” so kinda funny you’d be a dick about him trying to help you.

highly unlikely it happens, but what does it do to the perception of the committee and the playoffs this year if somehow FSU, down all their guys, comes out and beats UGA today.

'23 MO RB Jeremiyah Love (Notre Dame Signee)

I love Estime as a player and he seems like an awesome dude, but there were times this year I felt he danced a little too much when there wasnt much there and ended up taking a no gain or loss rather than just hitting hard into the back of his line and churning 3 yards like Love does a lot when...

'22 TX RB Jadarian Price (Notre Dame Signee)

I’d have concerns if he werent hungry for more touches. This year there was roughly 330 carries between Estime, Love, and Price. I’d love to see 150-170 carries apiece for Love and Price in 2024.

I agree somewhat. To me, i laugh at some of the silly nonsense or things they say that make it obvious they aren’t completely familiar with the team personnel. I want a guy to be able to explain the game and point out things i might not otherwise know or realize. I want them to not drift off...

'21 GA WR Jayden Thomas (Notre Dame Signee)

I agree, I dont see him as a burner/explosive player even if he were to lose 10 lbs. It’s just not who he is. I think he benefits more from his size and strength as the perfect possession receiver and a reliable 3rd down guy who will pop a 20-30 yd play here and there. I also dont think he’s...

My only nitpick is I would like to see us use both Price and Love in the passing game more.

'24 MD CB Kevyn Humes (Offer)

Kid definitely sounds like he loves him some Kevyn Humes. I dont see him coming in as a Freshman and taking snaps away from Morrison, Gray, or Mickey though so the last paragraph comes off a little ominous. Seems like he’s wanting some PT as a freshman assurances.

'22 NJ QB Steven Angeli (Notre Dame Signee)

Much better chance against Louisville. That was the worst QB play i have seen at ND in a long time…maybe Tommy Rees against OU in 2013.

I saw that too on the Raridon play (TE WIDE open in the back of the endzone). Some very effective crossers and zone beaters too. Loved creating some easy throws on the perimeter by rolling Angeli too. He throws well on the move and doesnt panic when pressured.

There may have been, but overall he was a True frosh making his first start and lining up across from their best defensive player on the field and did a pretty solid job. He seemed to settle in as the game went on, and also had a couple plays where his body language showed he wasnt as effective...
