Gerad Parker - Troy Head Coach :)

I’d like to give DMC a shot. I’d also be okay if we let Al Golden call plays for both sides.

I think most of this board can do a better job. I’m confident 99% of us would’ve called an Estime run on 3rd and 1.

I really worry about next year.

You’re not crazy. There are lanes. If he sticks to the run game, they can move the chains.

By the way, anyone else think this was Greg McElroy?

GP is getting out worked by the Louisville DC.

Clock winding down, Sam still didn’t get a play called in and looked like he said fuck it then called the Estime TD.

    Chansi Stuckey - WR Coach

Chansi has done well this year. It’s clear Rico isn’t ready for a full time gig but he hung in there all night. Even getting a DPI call late in the game. Greathouse has been great and can only imagine yesterday would’ve been a huge coming out party for him if it wasn’t for his injury. Next...

Not a knock on Lax but if Lax can figure out the tendencies from home, you sure as hell can bet an elite DC like Elko can smell it a mile away. What’s more, a good OC creates and calls plays that put his players in positions to succeed. GP is not doing that. Look at Mike McDaniel. The RBs...

    Sept 30 | Duke

Most calls aren’t called consistently. Take the one OPI penalty against Tobias. His push off the DB didn’t seem that blatant. We’ve seen more egregious OPI non-calls. Then the non-penalty where “he didn’t work back hard enough to the ball”. 9/10 times that’s getting called for DPI. And it...

Correct. Intentional or not doesn’t matter anymore. Crown of the helmet anywhere on the body is targeting. Which, I get from a player safety standpoint, it’s just a rough rule.

Probably but it’s targeting by the definition of the rule so unlikely they’ll reverse it.

    Brian Kelly Revisited (RIP BOZO)

And MF was headed to LSU if he wasn’t offered the HC job. Part of me wonders if Swarbrick is smiling knowing he kept an elite DC from BK.

    Duke postgame

    - ND covered the spread on the road against a top 20 team; they aren’t dropping in the polls. - While I think the dog piling on Tobias is becoming a bit much, he doesn’t seem to run any other route then a go; maybe a deep slant? He’s got a make or break summer ahead of him. Like Watts, maybe a...

Normally I’d agree with you but you can see Elko was deflated. I assume he wasn’t thinking straight.

Never go full Kadarius Toney. Maybe it’s time Tobias tries out safety.
