I mean you cant really just call bullshit on a rule. It was a smart play that should have resulted in the ball at the 35. Dont like it, dont kick the ball within 18 inches of the sideline.

That was late , too high and needed to be 57 yards.

Except that it could potentially have cost them home field in a playoff game which would have been huge if we draw a team from the south.

Riley mills had himself a game. He destroyed double teams all day long even when he wasnt the one making a play. He doesnt always show up in the stat sheet but he gets doubled an awful lot.

    Awesome Video Thread

No doubt bro just shit his pants. The only thing that prevents him from being road kill is the car he was talking to cresting a buffer because of the guard rail behind him when it gets hit.

    2025 Qb Recruiting

Yea because surely other kids would appreciate seeing a current “commit” being hung out to dry regardless of what is actually happening behind the scenes. I can guarantee you this would make recruiting more difficult, but hey at least the optics would make you happier as a fan..until you...

    Louisville Postgame

Thats fair. I do think with a QB that can find and consistently hit open WRs though the trajectory of the team changes. Other than the occasional checkdown we dont use the middle of the field at all. Im also surprised with the constant quick outs and screen passing game that we havent...

    Louisville Postgame

I zcept for Miami game of course, oh and the Texas a&m game where we dominated the 4th qtr for the win on the road. i guess technically we did against purdue after scoring like half a hundred in the first half. I mean being right 1 game out of 5 could be considered hitting the nail on the head...

    Marcus Freeman Revisited

I definitely like him as our coach. He is still young and in one of the hardest jobs in America. I just hope he continues to be willing to learn and adapt, both from a high level program management standpoint down to the finer details of play to play game management.

I would agree with you they need to improve, but we also never really stack the box with intentionality to stop the run. Miami having not run the ball much then having 110 yds rushing doesnt mean much when ultimately you score 3 pts and put up 229 yds of total offense. NIU was the outlier...

I for the life of me cant figure out where this notion that we cant stop the run from. Yes NIU had more success than they should gave, but overall still averaged just 4.2 ypc and last week Miami ran for 100 yrds on 3.9 ypc. A&m was like 3.7 ypc and purdue was less than 2 ypc. Believe it or...
