Play of oline is always huge key to winning big road games. I have concerns.

Bowen played well, good against run and in coverage. His coverage forced overthrow pick. Believe Ausberry snaps were at nickel (might be wrong) did look good tho. Gray is a stud corner. Nuff said. if ND secondary can stay healthy and if safety opposite X and the nickel settles in will be scary...

    NCAA March Madness 2024

Painter was asked if refs call game differently due to Edey His response was great “Think of a 6’9 250 lb player guarding Edey…he’s giving up 7 inches and 50 lbs. The defender by rule is allowed one forearm to defend not two. all we ask is if it’s a foul on one end it should be foul on our end...

Watching Zackery play the point for Ben Davis in basketball state championship game. Incredible athlete, super quick, quick twitch….if he is better at football than basketball….holy shit.

So just when Hidalgo started to get going they force her out of game Kinda makes one wonder if Oregon St didn’t know it ahead of time and kept it in their pocket to address with ref at just right time…

why would anyone play with a nose ring in? Never had one but seems dangerous to one’s face. Ref forced Hidalgo to remove it during game.

Connor Essegian 6’4 shooting guard from Wisconsin entering portal. ND type of kid and from Ft Wayne. Avg 11.7 as a freshman and then didn’t see floor much as soph. Odd.

It’s anatomical folks. As someone who coached girl’s bball for years knee injuries are just the norm for women. Had multiple girls tear both knees, had girl tear same knee twice. Strength of the knee in women just isn’t the same as men.

Golden defense is very complex. Prob should pump the brakes a bit and give the kid a chance. Kollie struggled, Sneed struggled, Bowen has struggled…it will take time I expect he will be a special teams guy his first year. Playing college linebacker is night and day to playing high school...

'19 IN LB Jack Kiser (Notre Dame Man)

For the record, players don’t get to just say they are coming back. They are offered just like a recruit. Kiser was recruited back…heavily….just like Cross, just like Mills, etc Did Cross have nowhere else to go? Mills? Watts? Kiser, if healthy, will be the Will and will have 100+ tackles...

PFF End of Season Position Rankings Defense

Run defense, coverage, pass rush is taken into account for all defenders. Morrison is not great against the run…..but I wouldn’t want that as his focus. But that’s what they include in grades.
