I played Tecmo Super Bowl two days ago. I was the Raiders. Pretty sure this is exactly how my first Q played out.

Yep was just going to say, Eagle with the obvious disappointment in the touchback.

What it really tells us is that a team, because it is playing better than its record, will likely bounce back big the following year. Or at least it did traditionally before the modern transfer portal/NIL. With the larger differences in team rosters from year to year nowadays, I'm curious to see...

Yep that's the kind of play you kinda worry about succeeding with as an offense because it can give your qb false confidence in that stuff. 3/4 times it'll be chaotically bad and not chaotic good like it was there.

On the other hand, after USC we face some of the worst pass efficiency defenses in the nation. And if we assume those 5 opponents continue to load the box like the first six have, there will be every opportunity for Carr to actually improve on his numbers. Other QBs will slowly come down as...

But then again, you need a big dick to step on, so at least we're packing.

Nice! Yeah it's a very subtle coat of paint over the base game, really. Graphics enhanced but still pixel-y. Voiceovers. Niceties like auto-saves and fast-forward in battle, etc. Same great game, just...a little greater, and playable on PC.

No FF tactics players here yet? The remaster just came out and is excellent.

That’s the issue I kind of have with taking a guy like Grubbs. Why can’t we get a great player? Why settle for good? I think he’ll be good, too. Solid. But at least every other year we should be shooting for the very best and settling for a guy like Grubbs if we swing and miss.

We're at 21 and we have 2 months to move into the top 12. If we win--especially in the fashion we have been as of late--we will be in.
