For this season I would put Kedron #4 on this if he wasn't injured. What I really appreciate about Payne is him being bought in (like many others on this team) with is role on the team. He probably would've had a better career at IU, but he has stuck it out at ND.

You've got to give this staff credit for how they are handling the QB situation with the media. Keep this a story or everyone wondering until gameday....I really like this appoach. While I like getting the clips of what we are getting in fall camp of both QB's we are not getting everything...

I agree, a friend of mine who is a Miami fan told me earlier this year that the U's rush defense is not very good to add to that this is a brilliant idea by the coaching staff to confuse Miami's defensive plan by not naming the starting QB yet.

Great post. Look at our current QB competition Carr was the more highly recruited prospect over Minchey and Minchey is showing what he can currently do in the the fall camp. Just because there may be someone out there that is a better high school prospect than Grubbs, it doesn't guantee a damn...

It seems like the majority of the fanbase want Carr, but Minchey isn't going away. Denbrock likes his mobile QB's and I wonder if he is looking for the best Riley Leonard clone this year between Carr & Minchey?

Great word to describe Bowen and a different kind of LB than Teo and Smith. When the helmet goes on Bowen the lights go out, he is going to be fun to watch this season.
