It depends on the city/town and if they have a municipal contract that decides your service provider and rate.

Our business model is to target dense residential areas that have subscription choice for their home.

So, getting back to the thread, is this service a draw for someone to choose Granger as Home Sweet Home? Living on a cruise ship allows for flushing and ditching right into the deep blue sea, no trash bags needed.
