Thanks for costing me 15 mil, LeDump and Dwyane Wayne.

No Derrick Rose? No problem.

The Heat over/under on championships won is now +/- 0.5.

Agreed, although he was fouled and it wasn't called. Don't think they showed an angle that could have shown the backside defender knocking the ball out though.

Anyone on the Bandwagon for the Heat should jump off soon because they will never win a championship unless they add someone like Howard, which will NEVER happen.

They just don't have the unison to succeed. With how much they pay the "Big Three" they won't have enough to really add another key player either. Unless they have a good draft.

I've gotta disagree. While I think a lot of what you said is true, it's almost comical how Miami can turn it on and compete with any team in the league based on their insane athleticism. Come the playoffs, when Miami stops taking whole quarters off, they are going to mash teams.

I would disagree with that. Teams that play with that kind of inconsistency have a hard time just "turning it on" come playoff time.

Teamwork beats athleticism in basketball a majority of the time. MJ didn't win those titles until the triangle offense was brought in. 80's Celtics? Please. Parish, Mchale and Bird couldn't beat a one-legged man in a 40 yard dash.

Now it's funny to say a team that has won 2/3 of its regular season games is inconsistent, but tonight was a statement game that had one team without the league reigning MVP, and two of Miami's big-3 combining for 70. That spells Miami blowout. Didn't happen.

There is just something off with Miami's team chemistry that you could see when they united those 3 players last year. Combining 3 players that were #1 scorers on their previous team just isn't a good recipe. No one knows their role.

I for one, would love to see that team never win a title with those players. A different conversation, perhaps.

I'm not a Miami fan by any stretch of the imagination, don't get me wrong. To be honest I don't care for the NBA much in general. I just think that especially defensively, then the Heat get after it they are a hard team to beat.

Can they turn it off and on... well, that's a good question, and one that will determine their season. I just saw them do that the other night against the Pacers, and on tv tonight against the Bulls after being down almost 20. I think they can, and will.

Look what they did last year, in their first year together. It's not like Pat Riley and Spoelstra don't know what they are doing.
