Oregon avenged its only loss of the season and won the Pac-12 title game by smothering Arizona’s offense. The same guy was in the backfield seemingly every time a Wildcats’ play failed. DeForest Buckner, a 6-foot-7, 290-pound junior from Waianae, Hawaii, led the Ducks with seven tackles, including one sack, but his impact was even bigger than that. With Buckner disrupting almost every play, Arizona failed to move the ball consistently. Or move the ball at all.
