If its as windy in DC as it is here in Philly then im thinking it could affect scoring in a negative manner. Keep in my mind im the person who, while tailgating in the parking lot outside of Citizens Bank Park, sends texts to friends informing them that the wind is "blowing in" so take the under run total in the Phillies game. Subsequently, the over hits with a 9-7 final.
