Denard's pretty horrible too, and that hasn't exactly worked out for us. Manuel's speed on the edges could be dangerous, and their receivers, including shaw, are pretty good. However, if we can shut down the run, which shouldn't be too difficult, this should be a win, regardless of QB.

Agree we CANNOT get out flanked by Manuel whether it's a designed run or scrambling for yardage. IMO if we get to him early and often it will be game..set..match..

To get to him (EJ), Bobby Diaco better dial up some pressure and not sit on his hands the 1st half and wait till the 2nd half to actually blitz! If we come out agressive I see our D creating some key turnovers.

Exactly, IMO when your facing a team that has some real athletes and serious speed you keep one thing in mind. If your going out, you go out swinging and getting after the opponent you don't sit back. If your attacking statistically your odds of forcing a turnover are greatly raised. We can't not play conservative against a QB that gets rattled easily.

^agreed! No bend dont break defense! When EJ is pressured he tends to look a lil bit like Jacory Harris! We know they cant run for sh!t, pin back those ears and pecker slap these fools! We should take advantage of a young oline with little cohesion, much like we did with MSU's line! TWIST,STUNTS, BLITZES! I would love to see us actually blitz 2 guys thru the same gap! I am so freaken pumped!!!!!!!!!!!!
