Dallas-Ft. Worth is the 5th largest market.
And St. Louis is the 21st

Just saying when I listen to the local ESPN radio in Dallas, they talk about how the World Series would be bigger in "big markets".

I am not a big fan of the MLB but enjoy the World Series. Huge Cubs fan, but everyone knows how that is going.

Like I said earlier, with baseball, I am a man of little faith with baseball. I am an IDIOT for believing this Cards team couldn't win it. I FAIL! But, it got all of you guys to actively talk about an MLB game on a ND forum. I will give up in the first inning tomorrow just so the Cards can win. And, I have no problem starting a thread on ND failing in the first quarter just so we can win come the end of the game.

Maybe they are trying to play the lack of respect card I just don't know.
And like I said knowledge and support wise the Cards have to be considered top 5. And they are just outside the top 20 for market size.

If Theo does what he did his first couple of years in Boston and they don't give up to much to Boston you'll see results in 2 or 3 years. If he does what he did at the end of his tenure and just throws money at guys your screwed. And rumors I've been hearing the Cubs are a major contender to sign Pujols.

The Cubs are a major player to sign Pujols. They will offer the most money, but it comes down to whether Albert loves St. Louis enough to leave, or whether he loves money more.

I love to listen to ESPN radio or sports radio, I guess. But when they talk about the Cowboys, Rangers, or the Mavericks. It is the disrespect card, everytime.

It is almost brainwashing though, hearing nothing but the same team talked about everyday and the only teams shown on local TV are those teams. It is hard to root for my teams I have been rooting for my whole life.

Glad Notre Dame is national every week.
