Hey guys, I'll be in Knoxville this weekend for my monthly Army training. My unit is located in Alcoa (about 10 minutes from downtown), and I was wondering if y'all knew any good places to watch the game? I will be done will training around 330 or 4 most likely and I don't want to risk watching it at my hotel for various reasons. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Watch it online. I don't have cable because I hate television so you could always go online and watch.

There are tons of places but finding a TV with sound in SECland even if the Vols aren't on at the same time can be hard.

Google Notre Dame Club of Knoxville, or Tennessee, or Nashville, or Memphis. Usually there's a contact person. Email and ask for a contact in Knoxville.

There are a couple of posters from Kville on IE but I don't recall their user name.

There will probably not be a good place out to watch it this weekend. Considering it is Florida weekend and it is at the swamp, that is all anyone will care about watching around here. Save yourself the trouble and just watch in your hotel.

Buffalo Wild Wings does a good job (corporate policy) of showing a lot of different games, so you could try them. But then again they might just turn all the screens to UT/UF since it's at the same time.

Well thanks guys. Sounds like I'm pretty much SOL. I guess I'd rather confine myself to the hotel room and watch online than deal with all the bullshhht.

Just moved away from Knoxville...and I've gotta tell you, the best place to watch the IRISH on gameday in called IrishTimes....it's an awesome Irish restaurant/pub located in Turkey Creek....located about 10 miles west of Downtown Knoxville.Completely worth the drive.

BTW...not only is it a cool restaurant with awesome food...they get a large crowd of ND people and they ALWAYS show the games.
