For the Boston College game for me, my wife, and 2 little gals.

Will it be too cold to consider a Lake Michigan rental?

Any ideas?

I would prefer "thinking outside of the box" but hotels are an option, especially if someone has a bro deal available.

I could smother you in vBucks.

Yes waaaaay too cold for Lake Michigan rental. But try these game day homes in south bend. I got them from Craig's list.

Irish fans, book this fantastic home

There are still a lot of houses on smaller lakes in Southwest MI. Diamond Lake is in Cassopolis, MI and it's about 22 miles from ND, very quiet town, also Dowagiac has several lakes with rentals that are weekly throughout the year. Try Craigs list "southwest MI" under vacation rentals, or Serving Dowagiac since 1897 | The Dowagiac News classifieds, or herald palladium which is the newspaper for the lake michigan area. But it will be pretty cold there by the lake, so try not to freeze your tush off. Since you are bringing kids, if you stay in the St Joe area, you can go to Curious Kids museum too, it's about $4 per person and your kids will have a blast, no matter how old they are. Good luck. I hate staying in hotels.

You should post this in

so others can find it in the future.

As k1ssme said, hit up the game day rentals for the weekend. Definitely worth it.
