If Lane Kiffin was not their coach, we lose. Pete Carrol would have beaten us, Kiffin is predictable, now I know what it was good for other teams to watch Weis. Good luck UF

Tommy Rees gets the "HE. JUST. WINZ!" treatment that Vince Young got in Tennessee. He's not starting caliber and this game proves it. I don't know how someone can watch this game and think he can be a starting QB for a BCS team. Football is a team sport, and just because he was 4-0 as a starter does not mean he was better than Crist. Rees is very limited in every way.

Here's a question. You need to choose between Weis and Kiffen. Who do take?

I'm all for Crist, but at least Tommy can hit the 5 yard out... Something Crist has proven time and time again a short, under-route is hard to be accurate on.

Crist has not proved he can be a BCS QB either. What has he done? Granted, he's been hurt, but still...he hasn't proved a thing. My optimism has taken a hit after watching this game, pray Cierre Wood does not get hurt

Agreed, does anyone remember Matt LoVecchio he won 9 in a row but was not starter caliber. But I still think Rees could win. The best athlete isn't always the best choice to lead a team.

Tough call. I don't think we've seen enough of Kiffin, he hasn't been anywhere long enough to have a cup of coffee. Id take CW at this point

Charlie over Kiffen anyday. Charlie is very proven, just not at the college level. Once he understands how to treat and develop college kids. Watch out.

In the defense of Tommy Rees, what freshman would have done better in the same circumstances? Does anyone remember Jimmy's freshmen year and his interceptions..fumbles.

What's scarey is the stats of Dayne and Tommy are similar. Im not sure where all this faith in Dayne is coming from, hes got his own issues that need to be resolved.

I am more worried now then I was at 11:30

Charlie is a great offensive coach. He was not good in a lot of other areas, and that is why he ultimately failed at ND. But the guy can flat-out design and call plays. Period. I think UF is in great hands, unfortunately.

Jimmy also had a horrible o-line. The ball was snapped and someone would be in his face. That would be intimidating for any freshman.

Rees being a great leader doesn't make sense because he isn't leading the defense which won the last games. Besides the bowl game, Rees just wasn't very good. It's the fact that Manti Te'o, Harrison Smith, Gary Gray, Prince Shembo, Darius Fleming, and all of the defensive players just were phenoms in November.

And I'm still Andrew Hendrix's number one fan. I think he could be a Tebow-like player for us.
