The feeling down here is that LaTroy has always had Tennessee number one. The hold up right now is that he is waiting to see what happens with the NCAA in August. If the penalties are not to bad, it is thought he will be a Vol soon after.
ND has kept in contact with Lewis but they are not beating down his door. That is not a knock on him, it could just mean they feel better about other prospects that are higher on their board.
Tennessee would be a very good choice for Lewis. They are beyond thin on the defensive line so early playing time is certainly up for grabs.
