You'll be fine man. Just be consistent and truthful. They'll ask you the initial basic, rhetorical questions to see how your body reacts to telling the truth. The "clenching sphincter" thing is a way to show that your body reacts the same way for every answer you give, therefore not indicating a lie. I wouldn't suggest it, especially because you said you have nothing to hide.

I figure I'll be as honest as I can possibly be and hope for the best. There's other jobs out there if I don't get this one.

I've heard the do this when people say they've stolen stuff on the test:

My advice, when they ask that question, respond with this:
