Carlton Scott injury

Anyone have an update on his injury. My buddy told me they carried him off the court at the end of the game. Looks like a knee injury.

Weird... I watched the whole game and don't remember this. If he is out for any length of time our season is basically over. He is an absolutely crucial part of our team.

Just looked it up... twisted ankle, not sure how bad yet. I do remember that now I thought it was pretty minor but maybe it is bad. I put a call in to the SID I work with at ND and he might be able to shed some more light on the severity of it.

2-3 actually considering he missed most of the 'Cuse game and we were tied before he went out. He is very athletic and versatile player that we can't afford to lose. He shoots 3s, gets rebounds, defends very well and gets countless tip ins.

They showed a few shots of him at the end of the game on the bench, and he looked to be in some serious pain, even throwing something down at one point (or at least slapping a chair, my memory is pretty shakey).

I wasn't too optimistic.

That is freaking awesome. Hope they limit his minutes to keep him fresh for Villanova. I'm pretty sure winning 2 out of 3 here clinches us a double bye.

Yep, the nice thing is that the Big East teams are beating up on one another, so there are only 2 teams that are a game behind ND which they are St. John's and Louisville. 2 out of 3 should do it. I wouldn't mind 3 out of 3 either.
