The NCAA along with the BCS asked to keep Bob's name off this list for the purpose that if he became a "hot name" and a head coaching job would become available, a monopoly would be created by the team he coached and CFB as we know it would cease to exist

Perhaps ESPN recognizes that the "persistence" which characterized ND's recruiting effort in this class stemmed from the Recruiting Coordinator, Chuck Martin, not just from the Regional Recruiter.
