Have to lay the thunder on my boys even though I dont think they will win (I am a die hard Husky b-ball fan).

UCONN is over-ranked. They played out of their minds for 1 weekend in Maui. Although Kemba is a beast, if their big men play like trash, then then wont be able hang close in games i.e. Pitt game.

Should be a good game though. Tough to win in the Joyce Center. Guess Ill be watching via ESPN 3.

Big East home teams are 10-2 in-conference.

I really like UCONN, they've got the guy (Walker) who can fill it up, but yet more importantly I was very impressed with their team D. Yes their bigs are raw, but they are long and athletic, which will give ND trouble. This should be a good one! I'll be tuning into ESPN3 also!

I got Uconn. I hope the Irish prove me wrong. I'm not completely sold on this team just yet. Georgetown lost to St. Johns and we got thumped by Syracuse. Tonight will tell us alot more on this team.

Nash going to the line with a chance to put the Irish up by 9 with about 3 to play. Nash has really stepped it up inside this year!

Almost blew it. Turnovers and missed free throws gave UCONN two chances to tie the game in the last 30 seconds, but they missed both threes. All together, a big win for the Irish at home. I think the Irish only had 6 or 7 turnovers, which was the difference.

They play freaking tough at home. Its annoying as a fan to wacth a team use the entire shot clock and make a big shot. It is disheartening as a player to play tough D against a team who uses the entire shot clock and makes buckets.

Keep in mind ND was playing without Carlton Scott. Martin and Nash played with 4 fouls a piece for over the last 10 minutes, and Abromaitis went 4-10 from the free throw line, which NEVER happens. Put all of that together, huge win

Glad I got the over...This team is looking good, but why do they have to make every game closer than it should be.

Ouch. THAT hurt. I'm glad we won but dang. I'm just gonna start betting against ND all the time.......Oh wait, I already do.

About this team. We are good. I believe we can now hang with just about anyone. Although the Big East is still the toughest conference, its gonna be a tough season. A lot of what ifs.
Good win by the Irish. We still have to prove we can beat a good team on the road.
